History - What has happened e.g. Patient involved in a front impact RTC with a stationary vehicle at approx 50 MPH
Injuries sustained - Maxillo Facial, Chest, Abdomen, Possible Internal Injuries
Condition - Patients vital signs i.e. BP, Pulse, Respirations, O2 saturation, Glasgow Coma Score, Revised Trauma Score. Is the patient cannulated, Intubated and any medications given to patient e.g. Oxygen, Aspirin, GTN
